Experiences I have seen are that people underestimate this number by 10 to 30 
times. If you are thinking "25 new orders" get ready to make a sudden 
adjustment to 250 or more.  The response is usually astounding.

One other thought:  do any of your suppliers or customers already do 
e-commerce?  They might have some names for you, or even offer a tour.
