Think of it as the AS/400 equivalent of Microsoft Office, as many of the
same functions exist in both, although the user interface is very
different obviously.

Take a tour to a site using it.  Don't ask them what it does, but ask
how it does it.  No one knows what it does.  They only know how to use
it.
