V4R4+LPAR+SMP is one solution.
Renaming two set of libraries, so that one set has correct names at a time is
another if you don't need concurrent use.
S/36 - programs? STRM36 might work - I don't know nothing about S/36

But hardcoded lib-names ARE bad behaveiour.
