The Rochester events have traditionally been offered only to IBMers, BPs
(through Partners in Development) and large customers that effectively act
as Business Partners.  They have expanded the invitation list somewhat in
recent times, but I have no idea what criteria they use (I just teach at
the things <g>).  There was one scheduled for a week or so ago but it was
canceled due to low enrollment.  Check the AS/400 University web pages
(details also printed in the University section of AS/400 Magazine).  They
jointly sponsored the last one and I believe will be involved in future
offerings.  There is a possibility of one being held in August in
Rochester.  There are none planned before that.
