I got my stuff Friday.  I did note that the pre-enrollment for the labs
CLOSED end of day Friday, meaning given the time difference I missed it by
several hours.

Interesting that a notice of a February 26 deadline would be postmarked
February 23 from Hartford Connecticut.  Distinct disadvantage for us West
Coast folks.  Could this be POOR PLANNING?
