You are probably not using the 'CONTENT_LENGTH' environment variable. I ran into the same problem. There were two solutions. Place a dummy input field last on the form or use the correct procedure to read standard input from the browswer. check the examples in the ibm books for examples using the CONTENT_LENGTH evironment variable.
