RE: PID 1% lease

My business did not qualify because it is not incorporated.  It is a sole
proprietorship. I guess that 27 years of consulting and development for
S/3, S/32, S/34, S/36 and AS/400 customers is not enough security for Big
Blue.

http://www.developer.ibm.com/ is a thermonuclear disaster.  Has anyone
here actually accomplished the Partners in Development 1%/month lease?

I've upgraded my membership such that I should have access to the 1% deal,
but I can't find much about it on their site.  Should I just abandon the
site and work by phone?

Any help would be appreciated.
