Using the SETATNPGM command you can assign a program to be called
automatically whenever the attention key is pressed. This is not an exact
match for your requirement, but it may do. I'm not clear whether you want a
single program to be called for all numeric fields or a different program
for each field, in which case that attention key solution will not help.
