Also, I know it sounds stupid, but check out www.onsale.com. It's an
auction/clearance site--they occasionally have _great_ deals there. I just
bought an IBM Model 325 Server there for (single 266MHz, 64MB of memory, no
disk but fast-wide SCSI controller) for $570. After adding another 64MB of
memory and an IBM 9GB SCSI drive, I've added a great server to my shop for
$1262!

This probably not something you'd do in a production environment where
you're running Domino for thousands of users, but if you need a secondary
server to test and play around with things, this avenue is highly
recommended.
