When you install OPS Nav you have to select the bits you want to use, otherwise as you have seen it just gives you the basic functionality. If you go back into install if I remember it gives you an option with the ops NAV I think you double click or something to make you picks? I had the same problem the first time I used 320 before then it gave you everything.
