1-Do the READC to find the changed subfile record. 2-Get the subfile record's RRN. 3-Use the unique key/number in the subfile record that you put there so you could chain to the database. 4-Chain to the database. 5-Use the subfile's RRN and chain to it again to refesh the fields with the subfile's values. 6-Do your update/add to the database. 7-repeat until done.
