Nasir--

IBM's OS/400-NT Integration can synchronize passwords _from_ the AS/400 to
NT Server.

SNA Server running on NT (on the IPCS card or an external server, though it
rarely makes sense to run SNA Server on the IPCS card) can synchronize
passwords to the AS/400 from NT Server.

Open Universal Software (www.universal.com) sells an SNA Server add-on that
synchronizes passwords both ways.
