Did you ever get answer to these questions? I can not help much. I am not sure the S36 will work after 2000. Unless you can find someone who just has the tapes or disk you will not have much luck getting replacements. As for secret tips and hints, it is a complex system and it has been a long time since I have used it. I am not sure I would put the time into learning the S36.
