Hi Kevin,

        You might have given Birthdate heading and Birthdate field in
different  record formats.  And the record format containing the
Birthdate field might have used the Keyword SKIPB or the record format
containing the Birthdate heading might have used the Keyword SKIPA.

Regarding the spaces in the right side, Please specify the Field size
and type and how you are moving the value to the field
