WHLT and WHGT are excluded because they're relatively recent additions to
the language. When the question was originally posed to a baffled job
applicant they did not exist. It has nothing to with dependence on another
opcode. On that basis you'd arguably have to exclude MVR as well because
it's dependent on DIV. I could have ducked the issue by asking "what are
the 7 opcodes..." but I was being faithful to the original stupid question.

There's no purpose whatsoever and it doesn't help at all. Hence the
