STRTCPPTP and the SNDINQMSG parameter

I'm trying to use the STRTCPPTP command to start a point to point TCP/IP
session with the "send inquiry message" parameter set to *YES.
Supposedly this will make the connecting job send an inquiry message to
QTCP once the session is established. I don't get any inquiry message.
Anyone else using this??? (V4R3)
