FMTSRC

Here's one for the old-timers.  Remember FMTSRC for sort specs?  Here's my 
problem:

Records are selected on the basis of year (YY).  A field has been added at the 
end of the record for century (CC).

Many of the select statements are:

   I C       54  55  GTC99
   
How would I change this so that column 54, 55, 117, and 118 are treated as 
(117:118:54:55)?  any ideas?
