Mark,
Depending of wether you make a call from default AG or from named one,
OPNSCOPE(*JOB or *ACTGRPDFN) in opnqryf should do the job.

P.S.
With all do respect, sharing resources across the AG boundaries doesn't
comply with basic idea of AG - isolation. You might want to reconsider
application design.
