I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the printer server. But you can try this: Go here --> http://as400service.rochester.ibm.com/as4sde/slkbase.nsf/slkbase Click on all documents then the search icon then search for CRTWSCST There are several documents that have to do with forcing trays. you may find something there. I have created a remote output queue for the Axis Print Server. Basically, it is printing alright except when the users want to print via another tray, it doesn't work. We try to specify the source drawer option to a number other than 1 for a particular spool file but it is still printing from the same drawer. It looks like there is no other option we can specify in the output queue. Any other way in doing that ?? Thanks in advance.
