NSMidrange Problem

I'm experiencing a problem with users being disconnected every 5-10 minutes
      from the 400.  I tried switching from SAA to TCP/IP, but the problem

continues. Has anyone experienced any problems with NS Midrange Router
      loosing connectivity to the 400 ?
