I could be way off base, but I would rather spend 5 minutes and $500 to get a hard copy (along with the "free" cd) then spend 5 days and x reams of paper, x print cartridges and who knows how much TIME! I'll shred a single tree and pay to plant six, but please don't make me into an off site printing press .... I'm just a lowly S/A in need of a decent index. James W.
