Michael,

It is possible to turn on the SMTP flight recorder to see what the
application is doing. If it is processing a message this will be pretty
obvious. If you want instructions on how to turn on the flight recorder
go to the Net400 web site (http://www.net400.com) and download the white
paper on SMTP configuration. There's a section that describes how to
create the data areas, etc.
