::::within 6-9 months with C++ developed apps rather than upgrading our CISC

::::like to have). Is the 6-9 months time frame realistic for replacing our

Of course ... IF they're VERY good. Extremely good.

Object Oriented programming -- if done well -- can be incredibly efficient.

Done wrong, it can be incredibly horrible.
