I   _really_   want to hear the end to this one.  

In a same/same situation, the first inkling a former client had that things 
might be a tad different in the PC world was when his first bill for printed 
forms was greater than his total previous year's cost with the Sys/36, (forms, 
software, support, and maintenance combined).
