graphical access eliminated in Client Access 3.2?

Eric--

Graphical Access is still part of V3R1M3 and V3R2M0, but goes away with the
Express client that is coming with V4R4. However, note that IBM is _not_
pulling support for at least the V3R1M3 client, so even though the Express
client doesn't offer GA, that function will still be available (albeit with
what will ultimately become the "legacy" client).
