Excellent---that's the way we do it. Additionally, add these: CPYF ... NBRRCDS(1) MONMSG CPFXXXX ---attempt to copy empty PF message CLRPFM PF --- clear the record you just copied We have done this for many years, and we selected this method over the CRTDUPOBJ command due to locking issues. CPYF does not exclusively lock the PF as CRTDUPOBJ does.
