I am doing a very similair setup with SDLC instead of X.25 with 2210s but the config is nearly identical. Only real problem we had was a code bug in MRS 3.1 that prevented the connection from succeeding until the forwarding of explorer packets was enabled. The bug is fixed in the latest release of 3.1. When it didn't work right off IBM tried to explain that this was a dumb Idea and it probably wasn't supported! I pointed them to the example in the manual after which they dug in and helped me figure out. - Larry Bleddyn Williams wrote: > > I just wondered if anyone is using X.25 through a router such as an IBM2210 > which is doing IP encapsulation for transmission, and then getting > unencapsulated at the other end (another 2210) and going into an AS/400.
