True copy/paste (more than 1 window at a time)
A real search/replace mechanism that uses regular
expressions.
Macro languages that enable you to extend the
editor to do common tasks like a popup indicator
cross reference.
Offline program validation that uses the DDS (if
you download it to your PC - easy to do)
Enhanced project management - there are more
PC tools for this than for the 400
Work from home without pitifully slow response time.

That's partly because you're not used to the rhythm
of the PC editor.  Your fingers are trained to use
SEU.  It takes a day or two to break your old habits,
but it's worth it. 

Any PC editor more sophisticated than Notepad is
superior to SEU.  I've used and liked both Code/400
and Flex/Edit.  If Code seems too wierd, perhaps 
Flex/Edit will suit your fingers better?
