The initial Lib List is *CURRENT.

If the former, then that explainsthat one.  You'll need to change this to
*JOBD.  Message Logging and Job Queue default to *JOBD on my system.  Make
sure this is so.

The work a round was to add the library to QUSRSYS.... an in the systems
face solution.  I'll use *JOBD instead.
