 9.  V4R3.
 8.  Model 170.
 7.  CoSI.
 6.  VA/JAVA
 5.  San Francisco Frameworks/JAVA.
 4.  John and Susan's wedding.
 3.  V4R2
 2.  Processor partitioning.

and the number one event in 1998 AS/400 history:

 1.  Effective advertising.
