David, Our contract with our ISP gives us 250 hrs/month 128k ISDN which we have a Pentium 200 running Netscape Fastrack Server and about 400 MB of available space. Our base time allowance keeps us running 6 AM to 8 PM Pacific Time (it's $1/hr after) so we would be happy to mirror "prime time". BTW, we are putting together a Linux box because "Fast Track" does not include FTP server so we have to ZIP all downloadables for HTML retrievable. A real pain. Gee, unzip an extractable .exe ... confusing at best.
