We have implimentented PeopleSoft in a 3-tier mode and we have the same
locking problem. However we can end the NT programs(domain) for that Database
and the restart it and all is fine without re-booting the whole server. BTW we
are on 4.1.0 and PeopleSoft 7.01. PS requires we use CA/400 for the ODBC, it
stays up the whole time..
