Are you sure about line 22.00?  It is weighting the even numbered
positions (counting from the right) by a factor of 2 instead of a
factor of 3.  The UPC and EAN bar codes should have a 3 in factor2 of
line 22 in your code.  The Mod10 check digit as validated by DDS uses
a factor of 2.
