It's not that it won't be free anymore; rather it seems to be going the way of Rumba. The beta of Client Access express (which essentially replaces the current Client Access) doesn't include graphical access, and won't include it in the shipped version either. You should be able to continue to use graphical access if you stay at V3R2 of Client Access, but if you upgrade expect it to disappear.
