I like to use SNDNETSPLF.  This trick was shown to me by Neil Palmer.

Create directory entries PRT01, PRT02, etc. on the 170 to point to the 500 and 
of
course create the user profiles and directory entries on the 500.  Have the user
profiles such that their output queue is PRT01, etc.

As for a program that will automatically move the reports over, I have some code
that could easily be modified.  Just e-mail me directly if you want (so SOME
PEOPLE don't get annoyed).
