Summaried Files using DDS -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi there,

Is it possible to create a summarised file of another physical file using
DDS? I have been told this is possible but cannot find reference to it in
DDS manuals.

At present I create a summaried file using QFMTSRC (old 36 habit) or QRY
but it would be great to have an immediate logical access path already
summarised with numeric fields totalled. Any solutions?
