We have been recommending used IBM 3476, 3477, 3486, and 3487 for
clients  who require dumb terminals.  They have been very reliable and
run between $350 for monochrome and $600 for color.  With so many
companies practically throwing out their NPTs there seem to be plenty on
the market.
