It is a suggestion, at best.  It is really just a subfile like display
with a single 32 byte output field.  All versions up through V3R7
(which is what I am currently on) display it as two columns of 13
lines per column, regardless of whether it is a 24x80 or 27x132
capable display.

So the first entries viewed by the user are 1-13 on the left, and
14-26 on the right.  Then if they roll, they see entries 27-39 on the
left, and 40-52 on the right, etc.

This of course could change in the future, so if you rely on it, it
should be documented.  But it hasn't changed yet, up thru V3R7.

I only really rely on this for one choice program, and that is where I
fill the screen with a formatted calendar, 4 months at a time.  If it
breaks on a release upgrade (or PTF), I'll fix it just like any of the
other stuff which coudl break.  But even if it does display funny, the
user is no worse off than not having the function to begin with, and
life can still go on until I get it fixed.
