You can find API's descriptions in a set of API books. Books can be
found either on softcopy library CD or directly from IBM online library
http://as400bks.rochester.ibm.com/.
Look for a bookshelf named "Systems Programming Support Bookshelf".
This particular API is in the book " OS/400 Security APIs".
