Re: Consultants who have to work on junk equipment

I have to agree with Don's ire about the public knowing what the consultants
get. I have just marked it up to "another jerk," and try to avoid working with
the jerks in the future. However, as NASA experienced in trying to create
fool-proof systems, there are so many fools and so few of us.
