How can i get my AS-400 to backup to the first 3490 and wen it
reaches END STACK automaticly switch to the second and finish it's job.

Don't put 7 in drive 1 and 1 in drive 2.

Assume tape device names are TAP01 (left side) and TAP02 (right).  Place 
four tapes on each side and use both tape device names on the SAVxxx 
commands.

Example:
SAVLIB LIB(*ALLUSR) DEV(TAP01 TAP02)....

It will alternate between the 2 drives (Left, Right, Left, Right, until 
done)
