These options will, of course, be permanently built-in in the
next release of ILE RPG.  We didn't think of this solution
until well after code-freeze for V4R2, so the only way to get
this function out was through a PTF.  Our only choices were
to ship this in a PTF or wait until our next release.  Are
you suggesting that we should have waited?
