You'll need to specify something other than *NONE for the OUTPUT parm if
you want to see what's going on. Without that I haven't a clue.
Bye the way - do you _really_ want ACTGRP(*NEW) ?? That's normally a
_very_ bad idea (I know it's the default but ...)
