QINBETWEEN is a product we developed that was intended to do what you
wanted when a job gets blown away by a power outage, pwrdwnsys etc.  After
the 400 comes back on line,  the jobs that were executing  in QINBETWEEN
have a TRM status next to the them.  If the subsystem QINBETWEEN is
restarted, those jobs will start to execute again.
