AS/400 job recovery

These jobs are not currently active, but were active when the subsystem was
ended. The sysopr could choose 1 to resume the job where it left off; 2 to
resubmit the job from the beginning; 4 delete the job; 5 display job
attributes (WRKACTJOB opt 5). . .<

QINBETWEEN is a product we developed that was intended to do what you
wanted when a job gets blown away by a power outage, pwrdwnsys etc.  After
the 400 comes back on line,  the jobs that were executing  in QINBETWEEN
have a TRM status next to the them.  If the subsystem QINBETWEEN is
restarted, those jobs will start to execute again.
