Rudi,
  We made the move 2 weeks ago and the actual upgrade went very well. 
V4R3 is very stable, but there is one thing I would do: make sure that
any PTF's you ordered for V4R2 you order again for V4R3.  We had 2 PTF's
that got "lost" when we installed V4R3: the back-end CODE/400 
communications and one that cured a Telnet problem.  Neither of these PTF's
are on a cume, so it really isn't IBM's fault that we lost those PTF's.
