     Ahem...... Um, I'd like to take a moment to clarify my posting 
     about Implementer. For the record, the post below was driven by 
     frustration on my part and not in any way a reflection on the 
     quality of the product. We are still pleased with the capabilities 
     of the Implementer product. 
     
     Since the posting, we have been able to resolve the situation which 
     prompted my outburst. The transition to new ownership seems to have 
     brought some of our support concerns to a close. Please accept my 
     apologies for having posted a misleading and/or unwarranted attack 
     on Silvon and their Implementer product.
     
     No matter how you cook it, crow still tastes bad...

 I know of at least one shop That switched to SoftLanding's Turnover 
(www.softlanding.com) for that very reason.

     Is anyone else using Silvon's Implementer CMS product? We can't 
     seem to get these @$$#0!$ to send updates. We've been requesting a 
     Y2K compliant version for nearly a year. They keep promising 
     they'll send an update out right away, but never seem to get any 
     further than talking about it. 
     
     Quite frankly, I think their support stinks and at this point I 
     would NOT recommend them to anyone. Anyone else having problems 
     with these folks?
