Yes. If you don't compile them before moving to RISC, you will need to compile 
them on the new system before they can be used. Either way, a compile will be 
required. It will probably run faster on RISC, but you won't have the tools to 
identify which objects need to be recompiled, so if you opt to do this, make a 
list. You really want to follow the roadmap if you can, and that would mean you 
need to fix them on the CISC box.
