When you delete a spool file a member is retained in a system library for 
reuse in the future for an other spool file (it saves time in creation of 
the new spool file). A system value QRCLSPLSTG   Reclaim spool storage 
 controls the frequency in which the old spool file members are cleaned off 
the system.
