Sometimes the help is a little better from a 5250 session. Try FTP and then
enter ?.

Perhaps the command you want to use is mput.

I don't know if there is an option you can put on the end of mput to not prompt
you on each file, or, if you're supposed to execute some other command first.
What I am talking about is the following:
mput x*.txt
Will result in
mput x1.txt? To which you reply Y
mput x2.txt? Again to which you reply Y
How do I get it to say stuff the verification?

Subject: FTP.EXE

Where can you find documentation for the FTP.EXE program. I'm trying to figure
out
how to send multiple files using generic names to the AS400 out of a batch file.
Searching the net has turned up very little and the help built in to the
program is
a little skimpy for me.

Thanks
