If you have a "server" model AS/400 is DOES have a restrictor plate - 
it's just implemented with software not hardware !  :-)

Yes they did, and yes, it was an interesting target audience <VBG>.  Of
course, "Psycho Joe" here in RTP is a regular caller (and nearly always

the contests)!  Fortunately, I still have all my teeth and am not
